Good Flow
My experiences with studying for the bar keep getting interesting.
I am getting to a point where I am breezing through some of my subjects, particularly some of the MBE subjects. I know this is potentially alarming. I really just know it, except for those handful of things that are tricky to memorize. You know what I'm talking about (i.e. the criminal defense of Arrest, etc etc.). So I am starting at the end of the subject and working my way back to the front. I am doing this because by the time I get to the end I am tired and not paying attention. It's working well.
I am trying to avoid burnout. I make sure to finish by a reasonable time. I'm going to do some more practice questions. Yesterday I did 50 practice MBE questions and I got 38 correct, which was fabulous, but I don't wanna jinx myself.
I'm thinking about the future and what's next for me. My birthday is in a few weeks. Another year older. I have wanted to go solo but now I am thinking I might try to work for someone else for a while. I have a number of things for which I want to save my money -- solo being one of them -- but buying my own property being another.
Complex decisions for another day. Now, bar study.....
